One of the best parts of what our society does is have fun sharing our knowledge, experiences, and passion for all things rose-related. Our meetings, held monthly (except Jan, Aug and Dec), include a special presentation from a guest speaker, and a question-and-answer period during which members share their growing experience. Lively socializing and refreshments wrap up every evening.
But our meetings are just the tip of the R. Iceberg. (Rose pun!) As you will soon see, there are many avenues and benefits available to you for enriching your knowledge and enjoyment of the world of roses. We certainly strive to serve our membership in many varied ways and wholeheartedly encourage you to take advantage of all that the VRS has to offer -- not the least of which is the warm and friendly camaraderie of fellow rose lovers who have a well-deserved reputation for their generosity of spirit.
We are always happy to see new faces, so please consider bringing a friend along as we would all love the opportunity to spread the word that roses really don't have to be that hard to grow after all!
